MODE OF PAYMENT:
(1) A deposit equivalent to 25% of the
estimated amount is required to confirm a
booking plus
venue rental
(wherever applicable).
(2) Up to 50% of the estimated cost in
the
intervening period.
(3) 25% of the estimated cost three
days before
the function.
(4) Bills to be raised and settled on
the day
of the function.
(5) Taxes extra wherever Applicable
INSTRUCTIONS :
(1) Host to arrange L-49A Licence &
DJ approval
from competent authorities
(2) Lighting of crackers inside
the premises
not permitted.
(3) You are kindly requested to
check and sign
for the number of plates displayed before the
start of
function.
Extra plates will be charged
proportionately.
(4) Pheras' upto 1AM: No charge;
thereafter
minimum charges Rs 10,000/-
